Pöytyä the Home of Myssy Sweaters

We wanted to offer locals a chance to get their own legendary R-Collection Pöytyä sweater that would be the most durable and local option on the market. This sweater is manufactured by Kajaani-based R-Collection and has been woven, embroidered and cut in Finland and sewed in Estonia. The same sweater has been in production for 40 years, isn’t that quite something!

Farmer's Wool Soap

Farmers Wool Soap is a mild soap for all wool products. It has been tested in the Myssy wool dyeing kitchen. It’s produced by Gaarna in Hyvinkää, Finland. Organic Turniprape Oil from our farm has been used as an ingredient.

Local Shampoo Bars

Here come the oh so hilarious Local Shampoo Bars. Made with herbs from traditional biotopes and certified organic ingredients, the recipes for the bars have been developed by Elina Simola from Isotupa farm, known for its ice cream here in Pöytyä. Some of the shampoo bars are vegan and some made with traditional Finnish shampoo recipes. The Myssy Organic Turnip Rape Oil from our farm has been used in the vegan shampoos.
