It is time for the Grande Finale. The story of Myssy is coming to an end, but the legend will live forever. Those people from Pöytyä, they made the impossible possible. They sold over 100 000 beanies knitted by the local grannies to the fashion metropolis of the world and created the boom of Finnish wool. Myssy is much bigger of a brand than a company. Yet the decision is the right one, the closing sale of Myssy starts now.

Have made a jumper with this yarn, it drapes very well & is easy to work with. It’s harder to the touch than myssy bulky yarn, but warm & great for making garments for end of winter, beginning spring wear.

Hei! Vastaan vasta nyt, sillä lähdin hetimmiten myssylähetyksen saatuani matkalle (asun osittain Berliinissä) ja viestin kirjoittaminen jäi vaikka se oli mielessäni. En siis voi paljon sanoa uuden Hohto-myssyni käytöstä, tietenkin kokeilin sitä, ja oli hyvä ja hieno !! Väri on todella kaunis. Iso kiitos Ilta-mummolle, joka oli kutonut sen 🩷!! Olen hyvin pahoillani Myssyfarmin toiminnan loppumisesta, se on ollut niin upea idea kokonaisuudessaan, hyvin hoidettu ja niin suurta mainetta kerännyt maailmalla. Kaiken muun lisäksi mm. lähetykset ovat olleet niin kauniisti laitettu. Olen muutama vuosi sitten saanut PÖYTYÄ-collegen lahjaksi perheeltäni, olenhan Pöytyän tyttöjä eli syntynyt Pöytyän Mustanojalla, siksi tarinaanne on ollut ilo ylpeänä seurata. Olisin niin mielelläni jatkanut sitä edelleenkin…. Kaikkea hyvää teille ja mummoille ja ISOT KIITOKSET siitä, että olitte olemassa ❤️!!
