All Myssy beanies should feel a little bit tight in the beginning, the beanies adjusts to the size and shape of your head within the first week of use.
Our One Size / M fits 85% of our customers. It fits well for hat sizes between 54 to 59 cm. Each Myssy is unique, and though all our grannies work off from the same size chart, not all hats are precisely the same.
The best way to freshen up your garment is by airing it out. However, if your Myssy product does get dirty or stretched out, it can be carefully hand-washed or machine-washed with a high-quality wool program.
Our Myssy garments are very popular with certain pets, so occasionally they might break when your furry friend makes your Myssy into a toy. We will fix broken pom poms and running stitches with small compensation. Just send us a message and a photo of your damaged garment and we’ll send you more information.
All Myssy garments are handmade in Finland with high-quality yarn and we are proud of our work. We give all our products a lifetime warranty.
Our garments are made of 100% organic Finnsheep wool. The yarn is spun by the spinning mill of Pirtin Kehräämö. The raw organic wool is washed gently in order to preserve the natural grease, lanolin, in the wool. No chemicals are used during the spinning process and the whole process is fully traceable.
The yarns are hand dyed at Myssyfarmi Headquarters and the garments are hand-knitted by local grandmas.

Myssy garments are made of 100% organic Finnsheep wool and contain lanolin, the natural grease in the wool that naturally repels dirt and water. When the garment gets wet the natural odour of wool might get stronger. Should your product have an unwanted scent you can always try to air it out or place it in the freezer for 24 hours. However, as a highly natural product, the wool scent is part of the charm of the product.
Even though our products are as natural as possible with no chemicals used, some people with sensitive skin or wool allergies may react to our products. If you have any issues or questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days after receiving your order. Orders are shipped via Finnish Posti or DHL. During special campaigns (Friend Sale, Black Friday) our shipping time can be longer, from 2 to 7 days.
How fast is the delivery?
Estimated delivery times and prices are:
Finland: Delivery within 1 to 3 business days from the day of payment. The delivery cost 4.90€.
EU countries: Delivery within 4 to 7 business days from the day of purchase. Delivery cost within EU 6.90€.
European countries not part of EU: Delivery within 4 to 7 business days from the day of day of purchase. Delivery cost within EU 6.90€.
Other countries: Delivery within 4 to 7 business days from the day of purchase. Delivery cost 6.90€.
Note! All orders made during campaigns (Friend Sale, Black Sheep Day) may have a longer delivery time from 2 to 7 days.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Only items that are in new, unused condition or defective items can be returned for a refund. Gift cards, Friend Sale products as well as uniquely made products are not refundable.
Refund Policy in Finland
If you would like to return any unused product, please contact us at email@example.com. Most Myssy products (excluding Myssy Luksus, Myssyhattu, Scarfs and Collars) can fit into a regular shipping envelope, it is not necessary to return the garments in its original packaging. Please include your name, order number and additionally if you are looking to return or exchange the products. The return fee in Finland is 4,90€ which is always deducted from the refund.

We will not accept returns after 14 business days. When the return is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method.
It is the customers obligation to make sure to pick up the package on time so that it is not returned to us. If a parcel is not picked up from the pick-up point the parcel will be returned to us and a refund of the order will be made and a fee of 10,00€ is deducted from the refund amount. Returned parcels will not be re-shipped.
In case the return shipment is lost during transportation, keep the receipt of the return shipment until you have received the refund. If a parcel is lost during transportation, and the customer cannot deliver proof of the shipment Myssyfarmi is not obligated to make the refund of the items that have not been returned.

Exchange Policy in Finland
All exchanges are treated as returns. If you would like to exchange your product, please fill the refund form included in your order or print it here, fill in the details and let us know that you would like to exchange the product. Send the package according to our return instructions. After the return has been received and processed we will return your money and send you a new code for free shipping to order a new product in replacement.
