We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days after the order has been confirmed, excluding holidays and weekends. During sales delivery might be delayed.
The terms and conditions listed below will apply between customer and Myssyfarmi webstore for the sale and purchase of the products contained in the customers shopping cart. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, changes, or updates on subsequent visits.
All orders are confirmed via email and include the total price of the order, shipping costs, payment method and products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, a correct email address should be provided when ordering. The customer agrees to the terms and conditions when placing an order.
Myssyfarmi reserves the right to cancel an order placed by the Customer if a significant mistake is made in the pricing of the product. A mistake like this would be a significant difference to the normal price or the market price of the product, and an average customer could understand that there is a mistake in the price. Myssyfarmi webstore also has the right to cancel the order, if suspicions arise, that the concerned credit card is not valid or might be stolen. In this case, the customer will be contacted and informed by email.
Shipping and Delivery Terms in Finland
All orders within Finland are processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivered by Posti. For reasons that are not dependant on us, the delivery times of Posti can sometimes vary. During holidays the shipping time might be longer.
Shipping and Delivery Terms Outside of Finland
All orders from outside of Finland are processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivered by DHL. However, all orders to Russia will be shipped via Posti.
Estimated Delivery Times and Prices
Finland: Delivery within 1 to 3 business days from the day of payment. The delivery cost 4,90€.
EU countries: Delivery within 4 to 7 business days from the day of purchase. Delivery cost within EU 14,9€.
European countries not part of EU: Delivery within 4 to 7 business days from the day of day of purchase. Delivery cost within EU 19,90€.
Other countries: Delivery within 4 to 7 business days from the day of purchase. Delivery cost 24.90€.
Note! All orders made during campaigns (Friend Sale, Black Sheep Day) may have a longer delivery time from 2 to 7 days.
Please notice that possible tax / duty / customs payments depending on the destination country are not included and will not be covered by Myssyfarmi.
If problems arise with the shipping of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code for your package. You can check the shipping status of your package.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Only items that are in new, unused condition or defective items can be returned for a refund. Gift cards, Friend Sale products as well as uniquely made products are not refundable.
Refund Policy in Finland
If you would like to return any unused product, please fill the return form that can be found on the backside of your order confirmation or print it from here. Most Myssy products (excluding Myssy Luksus, Myssyhattu, Scarfs and Collars) can fit into a regular shipping envelope, it is not necessary to return the garments in its original packaging. The return fee in Finland is 4,90€ which is always deducted from the refund.
Go to your closest Posti and return the package. Just mention that you want to do a customer return to Myssyfarmi Oy with the customer return id 642156.

We will not accept returns after 14 business days. When the return is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method.
It is the customers obligation to make sure to pick up the package on time so that it is not returned to us. If a parcel is not picked up from the pick-up point the parcel will be returned to us and a refund of the order will be made and a fee of 10,00€ is deducted from the refund amount. Returned parcels will not be re-shipped.
In case the return shipment is lost during transportation, keep the receipt of the return shipment until you have received the refund. If a parcel is lost during transportation, and the customer cannot deliver proof of the shipment Myssyfarmi is not obligated to make the refund of the items that have not been returned.

Exchange Policy in Finland
All exchanges are treated as returns. If you would like to exchange your product, please fill the refund form included in your order or print it here, fill in the details and let us know that you would like to exchange the product. Send the package according to our return instructions. After the return has been received and processed we will return your money and send you a new code for free shipping to order a new product in replacement.

Law and Jurisdiction
Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under these delivery terms. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement shall be solved in the district court of Turku.
