Return Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Only items that are in new, unused condition or defective items can be returned for a refund. Gift cards, Friend Sale products as well as uniquely made products are not refundable. 

Refund Policy in Finland

If you would like to return any unused product (in Finland), please read through this return policy.

The return fee in Finland is 4,90€ which is deducted from the refund.

Most Myssy products can fit into a regular shipping envelope, it is not necessary to return the garments in its original packaging.

We will not accept returns after 14 business days. When the return is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method.

Use the same delivery service which delivered your order in the beginning, if possible.
Attach to the return package your name, order number and the information if it is return or exchange.

Return via Posti

Go to your closest Posti and return the package. Just mention that you want to do a customer return to Myssyfarmi Oy with the customer return id 642156.

In case the return shipment is lost during transportation, keep the receipt of the return shipment until you have received the refund. If a parcel is lost during transportation, and the customer cannot deliver proof of the shipment Myssyfarmi is not obligated to make the refund of the items that have not been returned.

Return via Matkahuolto

Go to your closest Matkahuolto and return the package. Just mention that you want to do a customer return to Myssyfarmi Oy with the customer return id 9544893

It is the customers obligation to make sure to pick up the package on time so that it is not returned to us. If a parcel is not picked up from the pick-up point the parcel will be returned to us and a refund of the order will be made and a fee of 10,00€ is deducted from the refund amount. Returned parcels will not be re-shipped.

Exchange Policy in Finland

You can exchange a product to a same priced product or to a cheaper product directly. Send the package according to our return instructions and add your contact info, order number and the information about the product you would like to exchange your product to. We will send the replacement product free of charge.  If you wish to exchange to more expensive product, return the original order according to our return instructions and make a new order with the new product from our webstore.
