Great news from Pöytyä, our new Myssy Guesthouse is located in national landscape of Aura river valley and we welcome you for a visit! Our old wooden school building of Haveri from 1950’s is the home of both our headquarters & showroom and our guesthouse - 30 minutes from the Turku airport and 45 minutes from Turku harbour. This characteristic house might still need some fresh paint outside, but inside we have just renovated four beautiful bedrooms that have new luxurious wooden floors. The interiors are minimalistic and retro, each of the four rooms has a color and story of its own. Besides the floors, this is no luxury resort but certainly an interesting place to stay!
Myssy guesthouse is a creative project of ours and the rooms will continue living and developing over the upcoming months. The Guesthouse enables knitting retreats and other overnight events. We know we will have visitors from all possible continents and we want them to enjoy our hospitality! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us

This verdant green room can host a family of four. One wide double bed + sleeping sofa (130cm) for two kids or one adult. In this spacy room a traveler might stay for longer, enjoying the exotic Pöytyä fields and forests. On a foggy autumn evening a wolf might walk just by the window with her cubs on its way to hunt deer. For real, the wolf population of Pöytyä is pretty dense.
Price per night: 60€ + handling fee
This exotic Mint Bar room is a budget choice with a brand new bunk bed for two. According to the story now drinks were served at this bar ( at least not a lot), but a wide selection of unique handmade but unsold accessories were stored here. The story has a happy ending and now all those beanies have found a loving home. So this room must have a really good karma...
Price per night: 50€ + handling fee
Despite the name this room is not about the damnation but just really pretty and slippery pine tree floors, a double bed for two and totally black walls. According to a local legend a tired CEO withdraws herself here in endless Teams meetings and it is good to know that the curse that this room holds shall free you from all the excel sheets and calendar puzzles, so don't try to open your laptop. It’s time to relax and enjoy.

Shared kitchen
The small kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for cooking but as the cooker hood is missing, please no frying bacon - just boil some oats.
Shared toilet and shower
The toilet is small but pretty retro. The showers are located downstairs in the basement that is hunted by two ghosts Hule and Vade. Red carpet will lead you to the shower, but it takes some courage to enter. In the end it is just a normal shower and if you get lucky, the evening sun shines from the small window. The ghosts are kind ones and don’t usually scare travelers.
