This black Pöytyä Sweater is a timeless sweatshirt that has been in R-Collection’s production for 30 years, designed to fit both men and women. The PÖYTYÄ text is crafted with chenille embroidery for a premium touch.

Wait a minute, where exactly is Pöyty?

Pöytyä is Myssy’s own universe—a mythical rural municipality set in the national landscapes of the Aura River. It represents a return to roots, a counterpoint to urban centrism. It’s a state of mind where you can see the best in everything. So, you don’t need to live in or come from Pöytyä to be part of the tribe.

Production

The material is high-quality cotton sweatshirt fabric, knitted in Finland and brushed soft on the inside. The sweatshirt features raglan sleeves and ribbing at the hem, neckline, and cuffs. It meets the international Öko-Tex Standard 100 environmental criteria, ensuring the use of non-toxic dyes in the coloring process. The product is made in Finland and Estonia: design, pattern-making, and cutting are done in Finland, while sewing is completed in Estonia.
