Tampella Pipa

This bottle green Pipa beanie is hand-knitted by Myssy Grannies in Pöytyä Finland from 100% Finnsheep wool. The yarn is hand-dyed and due to the dyeing process there may be a slight variation in the colors.

Here we go! Pipa is the beanie of all beanies, over and out. We took all the best features of our past year bestsellers and combined them into this Myssy. Our Pipa gives you the unique look that no one else has. This beanie has been mastered by the world’s leading knitting artisans and is the new base for our capsule collection. Pipa is a slang word from Tampere meaning “a beanie” and all beanies in this collection have been named after districts of Tampere. 

All of our garments are made from Finnsheep wool, produced in conjunction with our responsible partners. Similar in softness to Merino, the fiber's overlapping scales point inward making the yarn particularly soft, and in our opinion, there is no finer wool in the world!
