4-ply Bulky Wool Yarn 100g/skein.
The yarn is made of 100% Finnsheep wool, produced in conjunction with our responsible partners. It has been gently washed and spinned with years of experience at Virtain Villa Spinning mill. Natural colors are created by carding natural wool colors together and dyed ones are hand-dyed at Myssyfarmi Headquarters.
Similar in softness to Merino, the fiber's overlapping scales point inward making the yarn particularly soft, and in our opinion, there is no finer wool in the world!
This 4-ply Bulky weight woollen yarn is perfect for many different kinds of knitting projects: mittens, beanies, scarfs as well as sweaters and cardigans. This yarn is especially suitable for unexperienced knitters because the yarn is rather thick and the project will finish in no time! We have used it for our Tähkä Cardigan.

Knitting Needles: 5-8 mm
Due to small batch production and hand-dyeing there might be slight variations found in the grist and the color of the yarn.

Tip: For Tähkä Cardigan size S you need 800g, size M-L 800-900g and size XL 900-1000g of yarn.

All Myssy hats should feel a little tight in the beginning, the hat adjusts to the size and shape of your head within the first week of use
Our One Size / M fits 85% of our customers. It fits well for hat sizes between 54 to 59 cm. Each Myssy is unique, and though all our grannies work off from the same size chart, not all hats are precisely the same.
If you are unsure of the size or you know you will need a larger size, you can always leave a comment while sending your order in and let us know you would like to have a bigger variation. We will do our best to take this into account!

Note! Our size chart for kids is based on recommendations but each kid is unique in their development, hence age is not always the best indicator. If you are unsure of the size, it is always better to buy a bigger one. The beanie can be always folded more to make it fitting.
