Cold -pressed organic chewed oil is a praised and awarded product. It is exceptionally pressed gently from the organic ryps representing the pure Largo variety and its taste is very fine. The oil tastes soft and nutty, the bitter aftertaste is completely missing.
The hat farm mainly uses only high quality organic rays in the fields of its own space. Rape is like a wine or coffee - soil, growth conditions, harvest cleanliness and manufacturing technology all have a decisive impact on the taste. The most important thing is the use of the autumn variety, as the autumn stump has bloomed in a year's brighter time and naturally matured in the field without drying in the dryer. In the small press of the hat farm, food oil presses are adjusted for exceptionally gentle pressure. The oil leaf green content is zero, so it can withstand the heating well. At best, however, it is on the salad or potato as such: a little mountain salt on top and the sauce is ready.
