What size should i buy?

Can i Cancel my Order?

We Completely Get It, We Change Our Minds Too! While We Wish Could, Once an Order Is Placed, We Are Unable to Alter or Cancel It At This Time. WE HOPE TO HAVE A CANCELINTATION Window One Day in the Future.

Should the Item (s) Not Work Out, Make Sure to Exchange for a Preferred Style or Return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What if my Myssy garment breaks?

Our Myssy garments are very popular with certain pets, so occasionally they might break when your furry friend makes your Myssy into a toy. We will fix broken pom poms and running stitches with small compensation. Just send us a message and a photo of your damaged garment and we’ll send you more information. 

All Myssy garments are handmade in Finland with high-quality yarn and we are proud of our work. We give all our products a lifetime warranty.

What are Myssy products made of?

Our garments are made of 100% Finnsheep wool. The yarn is spun by small spinning mills in Finland. The raw wool is washed gently in order to preserve the natural grease, lanolin, in the wool. No chemicals are used during the spinning process and the whole process is fully traceable. 

The yarns are hand dyed at Myssyfarmi Headquarters and the garments are hand-knitted by local grandmas.

Are Myssy products itchy?

We cannot give you a exact answer to this one as it depends so much on your skin. Finnsheep wool is as soft as Merino wool so it does not feel itchy at all to the most people.

Our wool is washed very gently to reserve lanolin in it. Lanolin is the natural grease that keeps wool soft, skin friendly and naturally water and dirt resistant.

Do the garments have a specific wool odour?

Myssy garments are made of 100% Finnsheep wool and contain lanolin, the natural grease in the wool that naturally repels dirt and water. When the garment gets wet the natural odour of wool might get stronger. Should your product have an unwanted scent you can always try to air it out or place it in the freezer for 24 hours. However, as a highly natural product, the wool scent is part of the charm of the product.

Is it possible to get an allergic reaction from Myssy garments?

Even though our products are as natural as possible with no chemicals used, some people with sensitive skin or wool allergies may react to our products. If you have any issues or questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once Your Order Is Placed, You Will Receive A Confirmation Email Letting You Know That Our Fulfillment Team Has Received Your Order. Once Your Order Is Fulfilled, You Will Receive An Email Notification with Your Tracking Information. Shipping Fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, We Ship All Over the World. Shipping Costs Will Apply, and Will Be Added at Checkout.

How can I see the price in other currencies?
Euro is the currency used in the European Union. You can browse products in our webstore in these currencies: AUD, GBP, JPY, RUB, SEK, NOK, DKK, USD, CAD and AED. Because Euro is our default currency, all prices will be shown in Euros at checkout. PayPal and Credit Cards will automatically convert your currency for the order once you proceed to the payment.
Can I return my order?

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Only items that are in new, unused condition or defective items can be returned for a refund. Gift cards, Friend Sale products as well as uniquely made products are not refundable.

Please include your name, order number and additionally if you are looking to return or exchange the products. The return fee in Finland is 4,90€ which is always deducted from the refund.

We will not accept returns after 14 business days. When the return is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method.

It is the customers obligation to make sure to pick up the package on time so that it is not returned to us. If a parcel is not picked up from the pick-up point the parcel will be returned to us and a refund of the order will be made and a fee of 10,00€ is deducted from the refund amount. Returned parcels will not be re-shipped.

In case the return shipment is lost during transportation, keep the receipt of the return shipment until you have received the refund. If a parcel is lost during transportation, and the customer cannot deliver proof of the shipment Myssyfarmi is not obligated to make the refund of the items that have not been returned.

What does Myssy Granny mean?

All of our high quality garments and accessories are hand-knit by local retired ladies known as The Myssy Grannies. These cheerful ladies are the essence of our brand, knitting their own positive energy and wisdom into every stitch, even hand signing each Myssy piece they finish.

For our grannies, knitting is more than just a hobby - it’s a way of life. Through our Myssy community, grannies are able to get new experiences as well as make new friends. And with the money earned from making Myssy garments, our Grannies have been able to explore a host of new opportunities including traveling abroad for the very first time.

Does Myssy Grannies get paid?

Myssy Grannies get paid for all the products they knit, of course. This is a very important extra earning for them on top of pension.

For our grannies, knitting is more than just a hobby - it’s a way of life. Through our Myssy community, grannies are able to get new experiences as well as make new friends. And with the money earned from making Myssy garments, our Grannies have been able to explore a host of new opportunities including traveling abroad for the very first time.

At the moment we employ around 90 Grannies and our wait list is filled with more eager knitters ready to make your Myssy!

The requirements for a Myssy Granny is to be retired, skilled in knitting and live in the vicinity of Pöytyä.
