Myssy Autumn 2021 is not what you expected. It has no boundaries.

Yes, we got some new beanies. Yes, we are still the misfits of the fashion world. And yes, Pöytyä is still most famous for baseball, not fashion. But yet, we are en route to bigger adventures, and the world is open for us. What can you possibly knit out of the rarest Finnsheep wool on earth? How far can we go? Turns out, we can do whatever we want!

The Myssy AW21 season comes with new kinds of accessories and knitwear. It was influenced by the sudden lack of urban aspects in our country lifestyle. As the pandemic shut down the world last year, Pöytyä was definitely one of the safest places to live. But suddenly the urban world was unreachable to us. Everything was closed and urban accessories felt like forbidden treasures to us.

To get inspired we would walk in the woods of Kuurnamaa, make a deep dive into the cultural heritage of Aura river valley, read old literature on the couches of our museum, light some candles on an 18th century porch to have tea, enjoy the 50’s atmosphere of an old mill, and, naturally, hug the sheep. We saw all the beauty close to us and understood that there is no limit in what we can do.There are no boundaries for us.

Classy Beret, contemporary Hood, rugged Tube, timeless Sweater, chunky Cardigan and the romantic headbands are here. The hot season of Pöytyä is all about warmth, nothing cool about it. And surprises will continue as the hot season arrives. We promise they will make you look like no one else.

Discover our new collections. The Hot Season of Pöytyä is coming.
