LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 l of oat milk (or milk)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 dl barley flour
  • 2 dl peas flour
  • 3 dl spelt flour
  • 1 dl cold pressed organic rape oil
  • 0.5dl full cane sugar
  • 1,5 tl mountain salt

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Favor the organic.
  2. Mix all the ingredients (including oil) together and please let swelling for at least half an hour.
  3. Fry the cast iron pan with medium heat in a very fair amount (1rkl/flat) of cold-pressed organic rape oil.
  4. Enjoy the jam with you. Also works with salty served


If you are as skilled as a flattener as a Ritva grandma, put barley and wheat flour 1dl less both.
