2-ply DK Wool Yarn Aalto 100g/skein.
The yarn is made of 100% Finnsheep wool, produced in conjunction with our responsible partners. Natural colors are created by carding natural wool colors together and dyed ones are hand-dyed at Myssyfarmi Headquarters.
Similar in softness to Merino, the fiber's overlapping scales point inward making the yarn particularly soft, and in our opinion, there is no finer wool in the world!
This 2-ply DK weight woollen yarn is perfect for many different kind of knitting projects. It's nature comes to live in colorwork as well as in the one colored simple patterns. We have used it for example in our Lato Sweater, Myssy Hoodie and Yläne.

One skein contains approximately 240meters /100 grams of 2-ply wool yarn

Knitting Needles: 3-4mm (our recommendation)
Due to small batch production and hand-dyeing there might be slight variations found in the grist and the color of the yarn.

Tip: Women's size M Lato Sweater is knitted with 500 grams of yarn and men's version with 700 grams.

All Myssy hats should feel a little tight in the beginning, the hat adjusts to the size and shape of your head within the first week of use
Our One Size / M fits 85% of our customers. It fits well for hat sizes between 54 to 59 cm. Each Myssy is unique, and though all our grannies work off from the same size chart, not all hats are precisely the same.
If you are unsure of the size or you know you will need a larger size, you can always leave a comment while sending your order in and let us know you would like to have a bigger variation. We will do our best to take this into account!

Note! Our size chart for kids is based on recommendations but each kid is unique in their development, hence age is not always the best indicator. If you are unsure of the size, it is always better to buy a bigger one. The beanie can be always folded more to make it fitting.
